Country Girl....Skylar Rayne....Hudgeon Reunion

This is our little country bumpkin..she's wearing granma's Tilley hat and loving the country............Skylar is the love of my life and everyone else as well....She is such a sweetheart...it is not hard to love her....She is so curiuos about everything and so smart...I may be a little prejudiced but i don't think so... She is just a joy to be around... The bottom photo is a picture of some of Earle's relatives ...they had their family reunion on the long weekend of August...I would like to say who they are but I don't know anyone other than Bob Hudgeon , first person on the left....The rest I don't know...It was a very busy weekend as we had my son's wedding that weekend as well.....I will be a little busy in the next couple of weeks ..the students arrive from Mexico on the 30th of August and I will be meeting them at the airport and introducing them to their host families...Will try to get some pictures of them....I've been thinking a lot of another little girl I used to know...Her name was Destiny... this is why I have named my blog ..Destinations ...It has alot to do with her...She was also the light of my life...I know she's doing well, but i miss her still....I think of her often andd see alot of her actions in my litltle Skylar...A little bit of mishieviosness as well....I will sign off for now...Carolbcool

This is Joe and Donna's wedding day, August 2, 2008 . It was a gorgeous summer day, perfect for photo taking and I had the opportunity to practice with my camera. I got some nice shots of all of my family and some friends as well.

The picture of Earle and I was taken by our friend , Brenda, who is an excellent photographer . I,ve learned a lot from her and Earle and like to play with my camera as well.

The next picture is a group one of my family , Cheryl , my youngest, Tracey, second youngest, Brenda, second oldest, Myself, (mom, grandma, great grandma)My number one son Joe , third youngest,, Renee,and oldest daughter ,Veronica. It was a nice wedding and we had a lot of fun and it was so nice to have my family all together again. It was the first time we have all been together since 1993 .

My yard was full of campers, vans, motorhomes and people , but it was great to have everyone home again. The house has been pretty empty for the last couple of years and I didn't always enjoy being there. We used to have family reunions , but the last one was in 1997.

I will be posting alot more now on my new laptop. I would like to become as good as some of the other blogs I,ve seen. Until next time,,,,,,,,,adios.

These are just some of the pictures taken by Brenda.....I have an album that she took...I really enjoyed doing this with Brenda..we had fun ...I always wanted to have an album of this sort and now I can look at it and enjoy it...She has all these neat programs to work with photos....I only can hope to be able to do the same one day....
